Community and Care Support Postpartum Support Group

Please join us for an opportunity to receive support and education about your postpartum experience in a group therapy setting for mothers with newborn babies up to six months ald. Topics covered during group therapy will be:

An overview of postpartum depression
postpartum anxiety
self care
adjusting to life with baby
enjoying motherhood

This group runs for eight weeks on Wednesdays from 10:00AM to 11:15AM. Space is limited to six participants per group. Groups will begin on Wednesdays and will be guided by group therapist, Paula Tirone, LICSW, PMH-C. Paula is a clinical social worker who is ceritified in Perinatal Mental Health supporting women through their preganancy and postpartum periods.

Cost: $40.00 per group. Pre-payment discounts are available.
